Public Notice: Formal Bids for Frontier Schools Athletic Complex & Transportation Facility
Straub Construction is accepting formal bids for the Frontier Schools Athletic Complex & Transportation Facility, located at 1575 Universal Avenue, Kansas City, MO 64120.
The project includes a large parking lot, two buildings, a new turf soccer field, a playground, and a futsal court.
A pre-bid/site visit will be held onsite on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Attendance is encouraged.
This project is sales tax exempt and subject to prevailing wage requirements under Jackson County Wage Order No. 33.
Plans are available for review at Straub Construction’s office, located at 7775 Meadow View Drive, Shawnee, KS, between 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Plans may also be accessed through Straub Construction’s online plan room at:
