KC Scholars Scholarship
We are excited to share a great scholarship opportunity for current 9th and 11th graders as well as adults looking to return to college. The KC Scholars scholarship application opens on January 1 and the deadline for the application is February 26, 2021. There are 3 types of applications. Traditional Scholarship: For current 11th graders, at least 250 selected to receive up to a $10,000 scholarship renewable for up to 5 years. College Savings Match Program: For current 9th graders, 250 students selected to receive up to $2400. Adult Learner Scholarship: For adults who age at least 24 and previously earned at least 12 college credits can apply for the KC Scholarships as well. Up to 200 adult learner scholarships will be awarded. The adult learner scholarship is up to $5,000 a year, renewable for up to 5 years.
