<p data-start="98" data-end="418" class="PDq2pG_selectionAnchorContainer"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;font-size:18px">Frontier Schools was proudly represented by Ms. Omolola Atanda, Ms. Chimeuma Opuwari, and Mr. Nurlan Sherimbekov at the 2026 Saint Louis University Summer Learning Institute, held July 22–24 in St. Louis, Missouri. This year’s Institute focused on the theme&nbsp;“Justice-Centered Education for a Changing World.”</span></p> <p data-start="420" data-end="728"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;font-size:18px">As part of the Institute, </span><span style="font-family:Tahoma;font-size:18px">Mr. Sherimbekov presented “Building Equity Through STEM Project-Based Learning”</span><span style="font-family:Tahoma;font-size:18px"> on July 23. The session explored how hands-on STEM project-based learning can strengthen student engagement, collaboration, creativity, leadership, problem-solving, access, and a sense of belonging.</span></p> <p data-start="730" data-end="1010"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;font-size:18px">The Institute also provided a meaningful opportunity to connect with </span><span style="font-family:Tahoma;font-size:18px">Dr. Alexandra Boyd, Ph.D., Assistant Dean and Saint Louis University charter school sponsor representative</span><span style="font-family:Tahoma;font-size:18px">, while continuing to strengthen the partnership between Saint Louis University and Frontier Schools.</span></p> <p data-start="1012" data-end="1237"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;font-size:18px">Frontier Schools is grateful to Saint Louis University for its continued support and for providing opportunities for educators to learn, collaborate, and share the outstanding work happening across the Frontier community.</span></p>
