|Elyar Isgandarli has been an educator for ten years. He started his career in education in 2009 as a computer and mathematics teacher. In 2011, he joined the Frontier School System and taught middle and high school math, ACT math, automation & robotic and character education at Frontier School of Excellence. He later served as the assistant principal/college counselor for several years at FSE before becoming the school principal in 2018.
Mr. Elyar earned his Bachelor of Science in Drilling Engineering from Azerbaijan State Oil Academy (Baku, Azerbaijan) in 2009. He later earned a Master of Arts in Educational Administration from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. Currently, he is in the Interdisciplinary PhD Program in Educational Administration and Curriculum & Instruction at UMKC and working on his dissertation.
